Ferrer departs following a four-year stint as CEO that saw the company navigate a complex financial restructuring and integration into the broader Abra Group. Adrian Neuhauser, CEO of the Abra Group, noted that the change is intended to balance Fehlauer’s strategic vision with Perez’s operational expertise. The incoming management team inherits a carrier that currently operates as a cornerstone of the group’s pan-Latin American platform, which includes brands such as Avianca and various regional loyalty programs.
