Dumpsters.com, the Westlake-based site services firm that has facilitated over one million dumpster rentals nationwide, has been sold to private equity firm Blue Point Capital Partners. Founded in 2009, Dumpsters.com has established itself as a significant player in the U.S. industrial and commercial waste sector. By utilizing a proprietary technology platform to coordinate a national vendor network, the company provides a centralized solution for customers struggling with fragmented service agreements and inconsistent pricing. This acquisition marks a transition for the founder-owned enterprise as it seeks to scale its operations under new ownership.

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, which acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction, noted that terms of the sale remain confidential. BGL’s environmental services team, which has led North American transaction volume in this sector since 2016, emphasized that the partnership with Blue Point Capital is intended to bolster the company's infrastructure and market reach. The move highlights the ongoing consolidation within the environmental services market, where tech-enabled platforms are increasingly replacing traditional, decentralized waste management models.
