Investors Target Replimune Group in Securities Class Action

A federal class action lawsuit now challenges Replimune Group, Inc., alleging the biotechnology firm misled shareholders regarding key clinical data and regulatory communications. The complaint centers on a six-month window of trading activity that ended in April, during which the company allegedly suppressed critical feedback from federal drug regulators.

The litigation targets Replimune and specific corporate officers for actions taken between October 20, 2025, and April 10, 2026. According to the complaint filed by the law firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, the company failed to disclose significant concerns raised by the FDA regarding its Biologics License Application. Plaintiffs argue that Replimune relied on an early, unplanned analysis of its RP1-104 study involving only 40 patients—a fraction of the 400-person enrollment target—which ultimately led to deficiencies in the regulatory submission.

Investors who purchased Replimune securities during this period have until October 5, 2026, to petition the court for lead plaintiff status. While the lawsuit seeks to recover damages for those who suffered financial losses, the firm notes that individual investors are not required to serve as lead plaintiffs to participate in a potential recovery. The legal team operates on a contingency fee basis, with costs and attorney compensation dependent on a successful outcome in court.
