The organization manages the entire donation lifecycle, from free vehicle pickups to final sales, funneling proceeds into a nationwide network of support. A primary beneficiary of this effort is Semper Fi & America's Fund, which has received nearly $4.4 million to assist wounded service members and their families. This partnership provides a critical lifeline, offering everything from immediate bedside support to long-term rehabilitation resources.
Executive Director Loren Dorshow emphasized that the program's success relies on the sustained commitment of donors who turn unwanted vehicles into tangible care. For Semper Fi & America's Fund, which supports over 40,000 individuals and processes roughly 170 grant requests daily, these funds bridge the gap between injury and recovery. Founder and CEO Karen Guenther noted that the collaboration ensures veterans navigating the complexities of transition and post-service health remain supported for life, rather than just through the initial stages of care.
