The Luxembourg-based firm, which maintains a workforce of 27,411, is aggressively promoting its Glob.AI platform. By allowing enterprises to pay based on output rather than labor hours, Globant aims to integrate more deeply with partners like Anthropic and OpenAI. While top-line growth stalled, the company highlighted a 61% quarter-over-quarter surge in Glob.AI annual recurring revenue, which reached $52.8 million.
CFO Juan Urthiague noted that the company proactively optimized its structure during the quarter to navigate market volatility, helping to generate record free cash flow of $12.6 million. Despite this efficiency, the firm’s IFRS gross profit margin compressed to 33.9% from 35.4% a year prior. Looking ahead, Globant anticipates full-year 2026 revenue to land between $2.428 billion and $2.462 billion, suggesting a potential year-over-year decline of up to 1.1%.
