The revenue spike, up from $11.1 million in the same period last year, reflects the successful integration of Giant Worldwide and IndiCue. Technology-related operations now account for over 60% of total revenue, with the advertising technology segment contributing $15.9 million. The company is actively migrating manual asset delivery workflows to its Matchpoint platform, which has already yielded a 40% improvement in processing time.

While the company recorded a net loss of $5.8 million, management underscored a focus on capturing $13 million in annualized cost reductions and synergies. With the most-watched streaming quarter in its history—reaching 4.5 billion minutes—Cineverse reaffirmed its full-year guidance of $115 to $120 million in revenue. CEO Chris McGurk noted that the company is now prioritizing profitability as it transitions from an acquisition phase to operational scaling.
