The Herndon-based company, which specializes in radio-frequency signals intelligence, attributed its top-line growth to heightened global interest in space-enabled electronic warfare and maritime surveillance. International revenue proved a major catalyst, jumping 134% to $21 million compared to the same period last year. CEO John Serafini emphasized that these results reflect a strategic shift, as governments prioritize high-quality intelligence in regions marked by geopolitical volatility.

Despite the revenue gains, bottom-line performance reflected the costs of scaling operations. The company’s net loss of $15.3 million contrasts with a modest profit of $1.6 million in the prior-year period. However, the business maintains a solid financial foundation following a successful IPO in May 2026, which yielded $437.5 million in net proceeds. With a backlog of $292.2 million and a new $125 million credit facility, the firm is funding the next phase of its constellation growth, including the upcoming deployment of Block 3 Kestrel satellites.
