AudioEye marked its forty-second consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth, reporting $10.7 million for the second quarter of 2026. The company’s annual recurring revenue climbed to $42.3 million by the end of June, representing an 11% increase over the previous year. CEO Kelly Georgevich noted that the firm has reached a pivotal financial juncture, prompting management to evaluate capital deployment strategies, including potential share buybacks and dividends. Gross profit margins also expanded to 79%, bolstered by consistent revenue gains.

Operating expenses rose to $9.0 million, a 23% increase year-over-year, largely attributed to higher litigation costs and the absence of a one-time gain that benefited the prior year's balance sheet. Looking ahead, AudioEye raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance, targeting at least $12.7 million for 2026. This transition follows a leadership change in May, with Matthew Domeyer stepping into the CFO role to support the company’s ongoing expansion across its 129,000-customer base.
