Goetz arrives at Crescent with a track record spanning 26 million square feet of transactions and the delivery of 14 million square feet of new industrial space. His tenure at Hillwood Properties included high-stakes work in data center strategy, mission-critical infrastructure, and master planning—expertise Crescent intends to leverage as it pivots toward manufacturing reshoring and e-commerce-driven real estate demand.
CEO Conrad Suszynski identified the industrial sector as a natural evolution for the firm, citing a need for Goetz’s specific judgment in navigating complex development cycles. By formalizing a dedicated industrial team, Crescent aims to integrate its existing operational discipline with the long-term growth drivers currently reshaping the commercial property market. Goetz will operate out of the company’s Fort Worth headquarters, where he is expected to begin integrating his established market relationships into the firm’s broader investment strategy.
