Phil King, West Coast Regional Sales Manager, noted that Brewster’s technical background and established ties within the local construction community were primary factors in the hiring decision. Brewster himself pointed to his long-standing familiarity with the company’s waterproofing and durability products as a key motivation for joining the team.
