Zinzino Issues 233,348 New Shares to Settle Claims

Zinzino AB has issued 233,348 new B-shares to settle outstanding claims, leveraging authorization granted by shareholders earlier this summer. The move, aimed at fulfilling commitments to acquisition partners and high-performing distributors, pushes the company's total share count to 39,399,346 while introducing a minor dilution of 0.59 percent.

The board’s decision, finalized in Gothenburg on August 14, 2026, encompasses three distinct tranches of share issuance. The largest portion, consisting of 152,935 shares, settles claims linked to the 2022 acquisition of Enhanzz Global AG and Enhanzz IP AG. An additional 6,189 shares were issued to World Class Ventures LLC, satisfying obligations stemming from a strategic European agreement between ACN and Zinzino.

Furthermore, 74,224 shares were distributed to members of the company's external sales network who met specific qualification criteria linked to recent sales growth. Following these transactions, Zinzino's share capital rises by SEK 23,334.80, reaching a new total of SEK 3,939,934.60. The total number of B-shares now stands at 34,285,954.
