Management plans to detail this strategic evolution during an earnings call scheduled for August 19, 2026. The discussion will center on the upcoming acquisition of Ultranet, which is projected to boost the company’s Adjusted EBITDA run rate to between $8 million and $9 million. This shift reflects a broader effort to leverage the company’s massive global telecom infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of higher-margin Digital Services, such as fintech and cybersecurity solutions.
Currently, Digital Services account for roughly 12.5% of total revenue, largely driven by the GlobeTopper subsidiary. CEO Leandro Iglesias emphasized that the firm’s two-decade-old commercial platform—which reaches approximately 2.3 billion end users—now serves as a foundation for more profitable, technology-led growth. As part of an ongoing initiative to increase investor awareness, the company has also launched updated digital portals to clarify its business structure across its telecom and digital divisions.
