Suja Life Faces Shareholder Investigation After 70% Stock Collapse

Shares of Suja Life have plunged more than 70% from their $21.00 IPO price just months after the company went public, prompting the national litigation firm Hagens Berman to launch an investigation into potential federal securities law violations regarding the company's business model stability.

The inquiry centers on whether Suja Life provided misleading information in its May 2026 registration statement. While the company initially promised investors a resilient business model capable of scaling across market cycles, its second-quarter earnings report told a different story. On August 4, Suja Life revealed a 21% sequential drop in sales and a 7.5% decline in gross profit margins, forcing a significant reduction in full-year guidance.

Management cited unexpected weakness in the grocery channel during the earnings call, admitting that deep promotional discounting was required to sustain volume. This disclosure triggered a 46% single-day stock crash on August 5. Hagens Berman partner Reed Kathrein is now examining whether the firm was sufficiently transparent about its vulnerability to market conditions before selling 8.9 million shares to the public. Investors who suffered losses are being urged to submit their details as the firm evaluates potential legal action.
