The transition will take effect at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time following a filing with the Nevada Secretary of State. Despite the change in identity, the company’s stock will continue to trade under its existing ticker, ZONE. Investors are not required to take any action, as all outstanding stock certificates and book-entry positions will remain valid under the new branding.
CEO Tyler Hassen stated that the new name reflects a strategic evolution aimed at supporting the world’s leading technology firms with next-generation data center campuses. The company has already launched a new corporate website at www.zonefrontier.com and intends to formalize the change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via a Form 8-K filing. This rebranding effort comes as the company transitions from its previous focus on cleaning services toward the capital-intensive business of building AI-critical infrastructure.
