Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Faces Investigation After Revenue Guidance Cut

A 28% plunge in Alnylam Pharmaceuticals stock has triggered a formal investigation by the securities litigation firm Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP. The inquiry follows an abrupt downward revision of the company’s full-year revenue outlook, which stripped approximately $200 million from projected earnings for its TTR product line.

The financial downturn stems from an announcement on July 30, 2026, when the firm disclosed that growth in its ATTR-CM market had normalized sooner than anticipated. Executives admitted that the initial surge in demand, fueled by a backlog of patients awaiting new therapies, had dissipated, forcing a recalibration of their sales targets.

Investors who incurred losses following this disclosure are being urged to review their legal standing. Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, a Pennsylvania-based firm recognized for class-action litigation, is currently evaluating whether the company’s communications regarding its growth trajectory violated federal securities laws. The firm, which has historically managed large-scale investor recoveries, is offering free consultations to shareholders affected by the sharp decline in valuation.
