The platform addresses the industry's struggle with fragmented data, moving beyond simple dashboards to provide conversational insights. Instead of requiring a complete network re-architecture, the software utilizes existing open telemetry standards and monitoring tools to analyze performance across vendors and domains. It logs the reasoning behind every automated fix, ensuring that subsequent incidents start from a baseline of established institutional memory rather than from scratch.
Co-founders Anil Jain and Yogesh Malik emphasize that the goal is to augment human expertise rather than replace it. By allowing the network to manage routine issues, the system narrows the engineer's focus to complex problems requiring human judgment. Currently, the technology is undergoing testing at four tier-1 operators. Industry observers note that the shift toward embedding AI directly into network operations is a critical step in achieving true autonomous infrastructure.
