The restaurant accommodates 134 diners indoors, with an additional 24 seats available on an outdoor patio. Deskins, who holds degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry, views the venture as an opportunity to integrate the brand into the local community by supporting schools and regional organizations.

The menu emphasizes scratch-made classics, ranging from breakfast platters to Angus beef burgers. Among the highlighted offerings are the Fried Chicken & Waffle and the Iron City Meatloaf, a dish that previously gained national exposure on the Food Network program Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. For the initial launch phase, the restaurant operates daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with management intending to extend service until 8 p.m. following the introduction of a full dinner menu.
