Needham Bank Expands Into Prudential Center

Needham Bank marked its arrival at 111 Huntington Ave on August 17, 2026, launching a full-service branch in the heart of the Prudential Center. The expansion signals a strategic push to bring the institution’s personalized approach and local decision-making model into the center of Boston’s commercial hub.

The new location is spearheaded by industry veterans Ivette D. Mesmar and Rocio Guerrero, both of whom possess two decades of experience in branch management and client relations. They are joined by Residential Loan Officer Danny Tieu and Business Development Officer Pedro Xavier, rounding out a team focused on mortgage lending and strategic business partnerships.

To commemorate the opening, the bank distributed $20,000 in donations, granting $10,000 each to the Massachusetts Affordable Homeownership Alliance and the Boston chapter of buildOn. These contributions align with the bank’s stated commitment to community engagement and local support. President and CEO Joseph P. Campanelli noted that the move is part of a broader effort to foster financial growth through direct, meaningful connections with customers. The bank, which traces its history back to 1892, continues to operate under its "Builder’s Bank" identity, maintaining a presence across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
