Throughout his career, he has directed complex departments ranging from customer operations and billing to quality assurance and vendor management. At 4Pines, he will oversee operational strategy, focusing on the integration of human capital, internal processes, and technology to meet the growing demands of alternative investment firms.

CEO Mike Trinkaus emphasized that the appointment is designed to maintain high service standards while the firm expands. The company recently upgraded its C2P client collaboration tool, which provides real-time visibility into fund administration workflows. Sciortino, who has previously managed organizations exceeding 1,300 professionals, noted that the firm’s commitment to transparency and shared processes attracted him to the role.
