Participants in the new Trainer in Training program will gain access to the International Sports Sciences Association’s curriculum before transitioning into hands-on coaching roles at VASA locations. The initiative serves as both a professional growth pathway for staff and a strategic effort to stabilize the company's long-term workforce as it expands into new markets.

"We are committed to creating opportunities for our people to learn, grow and build meaningful careers," said VASA Fitness CEO Michael Osanloo. The partnership allows employees, including those currently in front-desk roles, to earn industry-recognized credentials while remaining within the company. According to Chris Griebe, VASA's COO, the strategy focuses on ensuring that members have consistent access to high-quality guidance throughout their fitness journeys. For the International Sports Sciences Association, the collaboration offers a direct pipeline to place certified professionals in a growing health club environment.
