The acquisition merges Strategic Beverage Services’ existing processing capabilities with BevZero’s established track record in winemaking and food science. By absorbing BevZero-US, the company now commands a portfolio that includes services for eight of the top ten U.S. wine producers. Patrick Morgan, Chief Operating Officer, noted that the deal allows the firm to scale its operations to meet the requirements of the fastest-growing segment of the beverage market.
BevZero-US brings significant technical prestige to the merger, underscored by recent performances at the International Non-Alcoholic Competition in New Jersey. The company earned the title of Rosé Producer of the Year and secured two of the four available Double Gold medals in the wine category. Beyond dealcoholization, the firm maintains a diverse suite of technical capabilities, ranging from cross-flow filtration and volatile acidity removal to high-proof spirit blending.
Looking toward 2027, the company aims to streamline production logistics for its clients. Plans are underway to open new facilities that consolidate bottling, canning, and sparkling wine production under one roof. This integrated approach is designed to reduce scheduling complexity for wineries and contract partners looking to enter the low-alcohol space.
