Craig Carton Joins OutKick as Platform Integrates with FOX News Digital

Veteran radio host Craig Carton is bringing his signature style to OutKick, headlining a new program that debuts September 8. The move arrives alongside a major structural shift for the platform, which officially becomes the primary sports brand under the FOX News Digital umbrella on August 24.

The Craig Carton Show will air three times a week, serving as a cornerstone for OutKick’s revamped content strategy. Carton, a New York State Broadcaster’s Hall of Fame inductee, joins the outlet following a long tenure at WFAN. The partnership aims to leverage his established audience as OutKick adopts a new "Where Sports and Culture Collide" tagline and a refreshed visual identity.

FOX News Digital is betting on this integration to significantly scale the platform's reach. Editorial Executive Vice President Tommy Firth described the transition as a pivotal moment for the brand, noting that the alignment with FOX News Digital will allow for more aggressive sports coverage. This growth follows a strong performance in July 2026, where Comscore reported 10.9 million unique visitors, a 94% increase over the previous year.

Beyond the new show, the platform is preparing a broader expansion this autumn. Upcoming initiatives include OutKick University, which will target college campuses, and specialized verticals such as OutKick OutDoors and the pro-wrestling hub OutKick Dropkick. The company also plans to debut its first animated series, Sports Talk with Cal McCallister, later this year to further diversify its digital footprint.
