VIVIFY Technology Shifts Hydrogen Performance Claims to Third-Party Audit

Delray Beach-based VIVIFY Technology is moving its HOG™ hydrogen energy platform into a rigorous independent validation program, aiming to replace internal performance estimates with verified data. The initiative focuses on the 65 kW turbine configuration, the core technical foundation for the company’s containerized Flying Pig™ power units.

The validation framework scrutinizes five critical benchmarks: net energy balance, system efficiency, sustained electrical output, hydrogen production, and safety protocols. Rather than evaluating isolated components, auditors will assess every energy pathway within the complete system to ensure performance metrics reflect real-world operation. The protocol mandates at least 72 hours of continuous testing, with a preference for 30-day monitoring cycles aligned with EPA, IEC, and ISO standards.

To ensure transparency, the company is employing revenue-grade electrical metering, calibrated flow instrumentation, and independent physics reviews. CEO Jason Herring stated the company is moving away from faith-based claims, opting instead to publish results that will serve as a baseline for future commercial deployments and permitting processes. VIVIFY plans to release the final data in 2026 as it works toward scaling its modular architecture to a 1MW rating.
