The first sale, finalized in late spring for $2.2 million, involved an outparcel at the Oakleaf Town Center. Anchored by Target and The Home Depot, the site operates under an absolute net lease with 12 years remaining. The buyer, a Florida developer, acquired the asset from a Virginia-based private investor, both of whom have worked with CrownPoint previously. Meritage Hospitality Group continues to operate the location.
Shortly thereafter, CrownPoint brokered a $1.8 million deal for a vacant Wendy’s site, also previously operated by Meritage. Shannon Bona, managing partner at CrownPoint, noted that the firm’s ability to move both occupied and vacant assets in a short timeframe highlights the strength of their existing client network. The brokerage, which maintains offices in West Palm Beach and Newport Beach, continues to focus on sale-leaseback and investment sales across national markets.
