The Draper location, situated in the Minuteman Office Plaza, replaces the bank's former South Jordan branch. This transition allows Columbia to consolidate its commercial and industrial banking teams alongside a recently established commercial real estate group led by Steve Strong and David Griffin. The branch offers a full suite of services, from treasury management and wealth services to healthcare banking and home builder finance.

Utah Market Director Jeff Thomas noted that the move reflects a broader effort to provide relationship-based service to local business owners. Following this opening, Columbia plans to launch two additional branches in Pleasant Grove and the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Retail Branch Manager Matt Quinney oversees the new office, which operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to support the growing demands of the Silicon Slopes business community.
