Based in Richmond, Virginia, Pierce has spent five years driving the operational standards for PRG’s regional portfolio. Since joining the firm in 2021 as a maintenance supervisor, he has ascended to the role of Assistant Regional Maintenance Director. His work extends beyond day-to-day repairs, as he was recently tapped as a subject-matter expert to help design the national maintenance curriculum for 2027.

The Maintenance Legends program recognizes professionals who demonstrate impact within their communities and teams. Each of the 24 finalists selected this season receives a $5,000 prize package.
