Scottsdale-based commercial real estate lender CommLoan has appointed Noah Hershcoviz as its new Chief Executive Officer. Hershcoviz arrives with a mandate to professionalize the firm’s operating infrastructure, overseeing strategy, technology, and capital allocation. He joins from HUB Cyber Security Ltd., where he previously served as CEO, and brings a background in investment banking and private equity. His appointment signals a push to institutionalize the company's growth, balancing the founder’s original vision with the disciplined mechanisms required to handle increased volume.

CommLoan has spent over a decade developing its proprietary lending ecosystem, which now facilitates connections between more than 1,000 active lenders and manages over 600,000 loan programs. With more than $2 billion in loans closed to date, the platform is positioning itself to capture significant market share as commercial real estate debt undergoes a massive repricing cycle. Hershcoviz emphasized that in the current climate, the firm's primary value proposition is providing the clarity necessary to navigate complex capital markets.
