Mitesh Thakkar, who served as both president and CFO since the company’s inception in January 2025, will now concentrate on primary operating functions including logistics, marketing, and long-term strategy. Chairman and CEO Jimmy Brock described the expansion of Thakkar’s responsibilities as a long-planned transition intended to leverage his strategic experience to drive future growth.

Nathan Tucker, previously the company’s vice president of finance, steps into the CFO position to lead the finance and accounting teams. Both Tucker and Thakkar have long histories with the organization and its predecessors, CONSOL Energy and Arch Resources. Tucker joined the predecessor firm in 2010, while Thakkar’s tenure dates back to 2015, following his earlier career as an equity analyst.
