Located at 3300 E. Broad Street within the Broad Street Commons, the new facility operates seven days a week with extended hours, spanning 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends. The clinic aims to serve as a practical alternative to emergency rooms and urgent care for non-emergency needs, ranging from routine pediatric sick visits and sports physicals to long-term chronic condition management.

Dr. Payam Zamani, founder and CEO of MY DR NOW, identified a clear need for increased service capacity in the region. A 2025 report from Texas Health Resources highlighted that Mansfield currently hosts 69.3 primary care providers per 100,000 residents, a figure lower than the Texas statewide average of 77.65. By offering both walk-in availability and same-day appointments, the company intends to integrate medical care into the routines of local residents who often face long wait times for traditional appointments. This Mansfield location marks the fourth expansion into Texas for the Phoenix-based organization, which currently operates over 80 clinics across Arizona and Texas.
