Damon Friedman of Tampa leads SOF Missions to combat veteran suicide, while Mo Wells of Dallas channels his recovery from a brain tumor into sports mentorship. In Reedsburg, BJ Ganem runs Sierra Delta, an organization pairing veterans with support dogs. Meanwhile, Robert Cradle of Odenton operates the Rob’s Barbershop Community Foundation to provide grooming to the underserved, and Brian Schwartz of Wayne manages I Want to Mow Your Lawn, Inc., a network of 1,800 volunteers providing yard care for the elderly and veterans.

Voting remains open until September 18, 2026. Beyond the cash awards, the winner earns a visit from the Wahl Mobile Barbershop to host a charity event offering free trims to the public. Supporters can cast their ballots through the official contest portal or by following Wahl’s social media channels.
