E Tech Group Scales Industrial Analytics via SmartSights Partnership

West Chester-based E Tech Group has joined the SmartSights Catalyst Alliance as a Premier Partner, gaining the authority to resell and integrate the software firm's full portfolio. The move aims to bridge the gap between fragmented shop floor data and the actionable intelligence required for modern, AI-ready manufacturing environments.

The expanded agreement allows E Tech Group to deploy SmartSights tools—including ABLE, Peer, OneView, WIN-911, and XLReporter—across its global client base in sectors ranging from life sciences to food and beverage. By integrating these analytics with its existing automation and MES/MOM expertise, the firm intends to help manufacturers move beyond isolated data points toward a unified, context-rich production environment.

SmartSights CEO Corey Rhoden noted that the partnership leverages E Tech Group’s engineering depth to accelerate digital transformation. For manufacturers, the primary value lies in addressing persistent challenges such as downtime, root-cause analysis, and equipment effectiveness. E Tech Group CEO Matt Wise emphasized that the goal is to provide teams with reliable information rather than just more data, enabling faster responses to production issues and more effective long-term automation strategies.
