NBCUniversal and Graebel Win Silver for Talent Mobility Innovation

The recognition highlights the successful implementation of personalized digital tools designed to simplify complex employee relocations for a global workforce.

The award focuses on the evolution of the Graebel CitySwitcher platform, specifically the addition of the "Plan My Move" digital experience. By leveraging data from over 50,000 previous lump-sum relocations and direct employee feedback, the companies created a tool that provides tailored relocation plans, custom checklists, and instant access to support resources. This shift aims to move away from rigid relocation processes toward a more individualized experience for staff, particularly those supporting the rapid growth of the Universal Destinations & Experiences division.

According to Ron Dunlap, CEO of Graebel, the collaboration demonstrates how data-driven insights can strip away complexity during major transitions. The program was evaluated by a panel of independent analysts who assessed the initiative based on measurable business outcomes and employee impact. This honor marks a continued trajectory for both firms, following previous accolades for innovation in the talent mobility sector announced on August 13, 2026.
