Agiloft Launches No-Code Contract Management on Salesforce AgentExchange

Redwood City-based Agiloft has debuted its contract lifecycle management suite on Salesforce’s new AgentExchange platform. The integration aims to eliminate data silos between legal and sales departments by allowing users to initiate, track, and manage complex agreements directly within the CRM environment without writing a single line of code.

The release targets the friction typical of enterprise contract operations, where legal, finance, and sales teams often struggle with disjointed workflows. By embedding Agiloft’s platform into Salesforce objects like Opportunities and Accounts, organizations can automate document generation and signature tracking while keeping data synchronized in real-time. This managed package is designed to handle everything from NDAs to CPQ-integrated sales agreements, ensuring that contract status and obligations are reflected as structured records within Salesforce.

Jason Barnwell, Chief Product Officer at Agiloft, noted that the primary goal is connecting contract data to the specific systems where business decisions occur. The tool allows sales teams to self-serve contract requests, reducing the manual intake burden on legal departments. Architected as a second-generation AppExchange managed package, the software has cleared Salesforce’s security and interoperability reviews, making it available for immediate deployment by enterprise users looking to streamline quote-to-cash workflows.
