The capital infusion focuses on upgrading existing can and bottle lines to accommodate the company's fastest-growing brands. Beyond physical infrastructure, the project introduces a technical training facility designed to upskill employees in mechanical, electrical, and digital fields. This center joins a network of 15 similar sites nationwide, reinforcing a development model created alongside New York State, the Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY), and the Teamsters.
CEO Brendan Whitworth framed the investment as a commitment to both operational growth and regional economic stability. The site has already seen success with a maintenance technician program, which recently celebrated its first graduates transitioning from packaging roles into specialized electrical positions. Representative John W. Mannion highlighted the program as a blueprint for regional workforce development, noting that the site has received over $100 million in investment since 2021. With over 40 years of local history, the facility currently produces more than 50 distinct brands for the company.
