The Pine Bluff-based financial holding company, which trades under the ticker SFNC, has maintained cash dividends for 117 consecutive years. This latest adjustment brings the annualized rate to $0.86, reflecting a ten-year compound annual growth rate of 6 percent. According to Dividend Power, Simmons is among a select group of only 27 U.S. publicly traded companies to sustain such payouts for over a century.

Beyond its longevity, the firm has secured its 15th consecutive year of dividend increases, earning the designation of a "Dividend Contender." While the board of directors remains committed to this track record, future payments remain subject to board approval and broader market conditions.
