NAPCO Security Technologies reported record quarterly revenue of $55.8 million for its fiscal fourth quarter ending June 30, 2026. The Amityville-based manufacturer saw a 10% year-over-year revenue increase, propelled by a 12.9% rise in recurring service revenue and strong demand for its fire alarm and electronic security equipment.

The company’s quarterly net income reached $17.8 million, a 52.7% jump compared to the same period last year. This performance was bolstered by a 36% growth in intrusion product sales and a significant contribution from StarLink fire communicators. Gross profit margins also expanded to 61.3%, aided by tariff refunds that provided a 600-basis-point benefit.

For the full fiscal year, NAPCO reported record net revenue of $202.3 million. While annual net income saw a slight 0.9% dip to $43 million, the figure was heavily impacted by a $16 million litigation settlement charge incurred during the third quarter. Excluding such non-recurring costs, the company’s adjusted net income rose by 32% to $57.3 million. CEO Kevin Buchel cited the expansion of recurring service revenue, which now accounts for approximately 45% of total quarterly revenue, as a core driver for the company's financial health. Reflecting this confidence, the board increased the quarterly dividend by 13.3% to $0.17 per share, payable on October 2, 2026.
