Rob Scott Joins S&B Executive Committee to Lead Energy Division

With over three decades of experience managing global capital projects, Rob Scott has been appointed Senior Vice President of Energy at S&B. He joins the Houston-based engineering and construction firm’s executive committee, bringing a background that spans the liquefied natural gas, petrochemical, and industrial infrastructure sectors.

Scott arrives at S&B following a tenure as Managing Director for the Americas at Technip Energies, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar regional portfolio. His career trajectory includes leadership roles at Bechtel and Birdon, with project execution experience reaching across North America, South America, the Middle East, and Australia. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Scott is tasked with bolstering the firm’s operational delivery.

Chief Executive Officer Jeff Sipes cited Scott’s track record in building high-performing organizations as a critical asset for the company’s future growth. S&B, which provides integrated engineering, procurement, and construction services, aims to leverage Scott’s expertise to maintain its standing as a partner for complex industrial and energy-sector projects.
