Daymark, established in 2001, brings a client base anchored in high-regulation sectors such as energy, life sciences, and defense. By integrating Daymark’s status as a Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider, ePlus aims to scale its own managed service offerings, specifically targeting demand for Microsoft 365 Copilot and complex data center infrastructure.
Mark Marron, CEO and president of ePlus, characterized the move as a strategic catalyst for growth within the Microsoft stack. While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, the integration signals a push to consolidate technical talent in the New England region. Tim Donovan, CEO of Daymark, noted that the transition provides his existing customer base access to the broader service portfolio of the parent organization. The acquisition marks a significant shift for the Virginia-headquartered ePlus, which currently maintains a global workforce exceeding 2,130 employees.
