Matzkin, who previously served as Chief Revenue Officer, moves into the COO role with a mandate to translate the company's Vision 2030 into tangible execution. His primary focus will be optimizing the firm's operational model to integrate AI Pods—agentic service units designed to speed up legacy modernization by up to 80 percent—directly into client workflows. CEO Martín Migoya cited Matzkin’s long-standing history with the firm as the primary driver for this leadership change, noting that his intimate knowledge of the company’s expansion is critical as it shifts toward an AI-first service model.
In his new capacity, Matzkin will oversee commercial performance across global markets while refining how the company delivers value to its roster of high-profile clients, including FIFA and Google. The transition arrives as the Buenos Aires-based company seeks to solidify its position in the competitive AI services market, moving beyond traditional software development toward the deployment of governed, secure AI systems. Matzkin stated that the firm is entering a defining era, aiming to increase speed and efficacy as it scales its AI-native capabilities for enterprise customers worldwide.
