The partnership grants Renova direct access to industry leaders and government officials, allowing the company to align its technical services with evolving standards in responsible gaming and advocacy. According to CMO Louis Pine, the move is focused on gathering actionable insights to drive internal innovation and efficiency, leveraging AGEM’s decades of experience to navigate international market challenges.

Renova currently maintains critical infrastructure for the gaming and lottery sectors, specializing in the restoration of circuit boards for bill validators, ticket printers, and lottery terminals. By repairing hardware at the individual component level within its ESD-certified domestic facilities, the company provides a vital alternative to sourcing new assemblies during periods of extended lead times. This operational capability serves as a hedge against global supply chain volatility, ensuring that existing equipment remains functional for operators who face difficulties securing replacement parts.
