By moving away from custom builds, the new system introduces a commercial off-the-shelf solution designed to support mobile services, self-service kiosks, and advanced clienteling tools for postmasters.

The rollout will proceed in phases, with current efforts focused on establishing deployment timelines and technical configurations to ensure stability for the branch network throughout the transition.
