NEO3 Debuts AI-Driven ERP Platform to Accelerate Oracle NetSuite Rollouts

Moving away from traditional capital-intensive project models, Ohio-based consulting firm NEO3 has launched Cadence, an AI-assisted platform designed to streamline Oracle NetSuite implementations. By utilizing a subscription-based framework and data from over 400 previous projects, the company aims to achieve go-live status for clients within a 90-day window.

The platform functions as a transparent dashboard for clients, replacing standard status calls with a real-time view of project progress. Each of the nine implementation stages is managed through digital cards that track documentation, outstanding inquiries, and pending decisions. By automating the production of initial requirements and configuration mapping, the firm claims to reduce manual documentation by approximately 50%, allowing consultants to focus on high-level decision-making.

"Cadence's AI is trained on our own implementations—four hundred-plus real projects, what worked and what broke," said Jim Rosenberg, President and CEO of NEO3. He emphasized that the system does not rely on a general-purpose chatbot; instead, every AI-generated recommendation is vetted by a consultant. Data conversion, frequently a bottleneck in ERP rollouts, is integrated directly into the subscription and handled through three distinct approval gates to ensure data integrity.

Beyond the initial deployment, the subscription includes a customized learning system tailored to the client’s specific configuration, intended to assist with onboarding new hires. NEO3 is currently rolling out the platform for new Oracle NetSuite projects, with plans to extend the technology to existing clients for warehouse management and CPQ support. The service is available immediately via the company's portal, where prospective users can access demonstrations and automated implementation estimates.
