Global Asset Management Group Advances Public Market Infrastructure

Global Asset Management Group has hit a regulatory milestone as FINRA processed its Form 211 submission, clearing the way for broker-dealers to initiate quotations of the company’s common stock. Alongside this development, the Rockville-based firm has formally applied to join the OTCQB Venture Market to enhance its visibility.

The processing of the Form 211 submission under Rule 15c2-11 does not constitute an endorsement or approval by FINRA, but it functions as a necessary mechanism for securities not listed on national exchanges to gain market traction. CEO Richard Balles described the step as vital to the firm's broader efforts to stabilize its corporate and capital markets foundations. While the company pursues a growth strategy focused on real estate and operating business acquisitions, the transition toward OTCQB qualification remains subject to rigorous review by OTC Markets Group.

Should the OTCQB application succeed, the company anticipates improved transparency and credibility among investors. However, management cautioned that qualification is not guaranteed and depends on meeting specific financial, governance, and public-float requirements. The company continues to evaluate strategic assets and management resource expansions, maintaining that these infrastructure improvements are essential to supporting its long-term objectives and future acquisition pipeline.
