Spanning 200,000 square meters, the 29th Shanghai Global Food Trade Show (FHC2026) arrives at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from November 10 to 12. The event unites over 3,500 exhibitors and 180,000 professional buyers, integrating the entire food and beverage industrial chain under one roof.

Seven concurrent exhibitions will run alongside the main FHC event, creating a unified trading hub designed to foster cross-industry synergy. ProWine Shanghai leads the specialized programming with new themed zones, including a Fine Wine Club and an atmospheric Bistro section, reflecting a shift toward casual-social drinking trends. Simultaneously, the 42nd Shanghai International Franchise Exhibition targets 25,000 potential investors, showcasing 150 competitive chain brands through direct business matching and roadshows.

Technological and market-specific sectors are equally represented. The Shanghai International Canned Food and Raw Materials Machinery and Equipment Expo (CCMF) focuses on supply chain technical updates, while the China International Fruit and Vegetable Trade Fair introduces a pavilion dedicated to sustainable agriculture. Other events, such as the Salon du Chocolat, the Global Geographical Indication Expo, and the International Gift and Home Furnishings Exhibition, round out the offerings. By providing one-visit access to these diverse segments, the organizers aim to increase sourcing efficiency for buyers and provide exhibitors with broader multi-channel exposure.
