The acquisition unites Full Circle Electronics’ established background in secure IT asset disposition and data destruction with the deep-rooted consumer brand recognition of Mac of All Trades. Since its founding in 1995, Mac of All Trades has carved out a niche in the refurbishment of Macs, iPhones, and iPads, catering to a diverse clientele ranging from individual users to educational institutions.

Dave Daily, CEO of Full Circle Electronics, stated that the move aligns the company’s mission of operational excellence with a proven model for device lifecycle extension. The integration aims to streamline the flow of hardware from enterprise decommissioning sites directly into the secondary market, theoretically shortening the path for refurbished units to reach new owners.

While current customers of Mac of All Trades should see no immediate changes to their service or support experience, the combined entity plans to leverage shared logistics and technical platforms to scale its market reach. This creates a vertical structure covering the entire tech lifecycle—from initial corporate asset recovery to the final resale of certified pre-owned Apple equipment.
