The transition represents an expansion of the existing strategic partnership between the two companies. Ryan Steinberger, executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer at Regeneron, noted that the platform will provide commercial teams with a more cohesive digital environment, facilitating faster and more precise decision-making. The software leverages the Agentic Call Report, a feature designed to capture granular insights from field interactions that traditional reporting methods often overlook due to compliance or data entry constraints.
Matt Farrell, president of commercial strategy at Veeva, emphasized that the collaboration supports Regeneron’s broader mission to deliver specialized medicines to patients with serious conditions. Veeva Vault CRM serves as a foundational component of the company's broader suite of applications, designed specifically to unify commercial execution across global markets. For Veeva, which operates as a Public Benefit Corporation, the deal reinforces its position as a primary technology provider for large-scale pharmaceutical entities and emerging biotech firms alike.
