Globant Faces Investor Probe Following Revenue Guidance Cut

A sharp decline in Globant S.A. share prices has prompted the law firm Levi & Korsinsky to launch an investigation into potential securities law violations. The inquiry follows the company’s second-quarter 2026 report, which revealed stagnant revenue growth and a sudden downward revision of its full-year financial outlook.

The legal scrutiny centers on whether Globant executives provided misleading information to shareholders regarding the company's revenue trajectory and demand trends. While earlier guidance in February and May 2026 pointed toward marginal growth, the Q2 results shifted the forecast to an anticipated year-over-year decline. This reversal triggered immediate analyst downgrades and significant pressure on the company's legacy time-and-materials business model.

Levi & Korsinsky is currently evaluating claims on behalf of investors who purchased GLOB securities and incurred financial losses. The investigation aims to determine if the company’s previous public statements obscured the true state of its operational health. Shareholders are encouraged to review their trade records to determine eligibility for potential recovery, regardless of whether they currently hold the stock or have already sold their positions.
