Lutzenberger brings a background in geospatial technology and large language models, having spent nearly a decade at onX where he helped scale 3D mapping infrastructure for over 10 million users. His focus will be on surfacing property insights and automating workflows. Omland, a veteran of RightNow Technologies and Workiva, is tasked with scaling the company’s product and engineering operations as it targets the fragmented real estate market.

Operating out of Bozeman and Austin, the company aims to unify scattered data points into a single visualization suite. The new hires arrive as Land id attempts to broaden its influence across agriculture, insurance, and land management, sectors where property data remains notoriously difficult to interpret and act upon. Chief Operating Officer Chris Hamilton noted that the appointments are designed to bridge the gap between their existing geospatial foundation and the next generation of AI-enabled decision tools.
