Kurv Debuts Digital Portal to Streamline Payment Agent Workflows

Independent agents and ISOs can now manage their entire merchant portfolio through Kurv Agent, a centralized platform launched by the Cleveland-based fintech firm. The portal replaces fragmented manual processes with digital onboarding, automated underwriting routing, and real-time residual reporting, aiming to eliminate historical bottlenecks in the payment processing cycle.

The platform addresses a common pain point for payment professionals: the lack of transparency in book-of-business management. By integrating e-signature collection with OTP identity verification and providing a live dashboard for portfolio health, Kurv allows partners to track growth metrics without navigating multiple systems. The company developed the interface based on direct feedback from field agents, prioritizing mobile accessibility and white-label branding options for those seeking a customized merchant experience.

Afshin Yazdian, Executive Chairman and CEO of Kurv, noted that the tool is designed to drive efficiency in a crowded market. The release marks a strategic effort to scale operations for the company’s network, which currently supports over 35,000 retail and eCommerce customers across the United States. Agents within the partner network now have access to these tools, while prospective partners can reach the company via their dedicated support line to integrate these capabilities into their own operations.
