San Diego Inventor Debuts Biodegradable Golf Training Aid

A San Diego inventor is looking to solve the tedious chore of ball retrieval with a new patent-pending training set. The device pairs a specialized club with biodegradable golf balls, allowing users to practice their swing in backyards or open fields without the need to collect stray projectiles after play.

The invention, dubbed the Novelty Golf Club, is designed to break down within minutes, offering an eco-friendly solution for year-round practice. By removing the physical labor of gathering balls, the developer aims to streamline training sessions for golfers of all skill levels, whether they are working on full swings or short-game chipping.

Currently, the concept is being managed by the San Diego office of InventHelp, a firm that assists inventors with patent referrals and prototype modeling. The design is now open for licensing or acquisition by manufacturers interested in bringing the product to retail. Interested parties can reach out to Arthur Baker at 619-987-8409 or visit the project website at noveltygolfclub.com.
